OUR DELIVERY SERVICE PROMISE

2-Person White Glove Home Delivery

  • Furniture delivery service of sofas, dining, beds and more
  • A wide range of delivery options: Nationwide, Nominated Day, Timed Windows, Drop Shipping and Next Day currently are available.
  • Additional services such as furniture assembly including flat packed furniture are available.

Once you have placed your order

On placing your order, you will receive an email within 24hrs containing a summary of the items you have purchased, and you will be advised on how long the delivery time is estimated at. Some items can be around 7-10 Days To 2-3 Weeks. 

However, delivery may take slightly longer in some cases due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, courier errors and others. Please check your emails regularly for such updates. 

Our furniture coming from UK Suppliers typically will take around 2-3 Weeks to arrive. 4-5 Weeks for some specialist ranges. The maximum delivery time we quote is for our furniture which is ‘Made to Order’ such as certain sofas, dining sets and exclusive ranges, estimating 6-8 Weeks delivery time due to the nature of the order. Some items maybe out of stock or discontinued. In this instance you will be contacted to advise whether you would like to cancel the order or wait until the item is back in stock.

Before Your Delivery

  • I have received a delivery confirmation notification, when should I expect a confirmation of the 3-hour timeslot?

Your 3-hour timeslot will be sent out the day before your delivery date. This may be sent via SMS, or you may receive a telephone call. This is subject to the preferred choice on the contact information supplied by the retailer.

During & After Your Delivery

What should I expect upon delivery?

On arrival the delivery crew will.

  • Introduce themselves and present I.D.
  • Confirm your order details.
  • Plan out access to delivery spot/room.
  • Risk assesses any potential hazards.
  • Carry out the delivery with any additional services outlined by the retailer.

All of our staff undergo thorough training in the transportation and carrying of goods so that your purchases arrive in your home in excellent condition and we promise to leave your home in the same clean and tidy condition as it was when we arrived.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your chosen goods are suitable for your room and that they fit in the room and can be carried into and through your home.

Finally, once you are happy that the job is complete, our delivery crew will confirm receipt of delivery and obtain a signature via our hand-held device.

Delivery Discrepancies

Any delivery discrepancies must be reported as soon as possible within 24hrs. If packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.
